Children's vegetable garden meeting (NL/EN)

The children's vegetable garden is a garden “for and by the children” and is intended for children aged five to twelve. Here, under supervision, they may sow, harvest, and garden. Everyone is welcome, children of MOES Tuinders and their friends, but also of non-gardeners. Participation is free. Mimo: “We guess which seeds we are going to sow, do some maintenance, and the children are always allowed to taste something or take it home. It is very educational, but also accessible.” In the children's vegetable garden, for example, broad beans, Swiss chard, herbs, spinach, carrots, beets, winter purslane, and much more grow. The children work together in the entire garden; it is not a vegetable garden with individual plots.

Time: 11:00 – 12:00
Teacher: Mimo Argam
Participation is free for children aged 5-12 (and their parents)
